What to include in your email
- The email address of your account, if you write from a different one
- The link to the class, replay or certificate the question is about
- For a playback problem, your device and browser and roughly when it happened
- For billing, the date and amount of the charge (never send full card numbers)
- For experts, the name of your studio and the class concerned
