How it works for experts

Investing is easier to understand when someone walks through a real analysis instead of a definition. In a live investing class the host opens a company report, builds a valuation or explains how they size positions, and you can ask about the parts that are unclear. Classes are educational. Hosts do not give personal financial advice, and nothing in a class is a recommendation to buy or sell.

Topics include reading financial statements, valuation methods, building a long term portfolio, index investing, risk management and the basics of options. Each class page lists the level, so you can start with fundamentals or join a session on a specific method. The spreadsheets and models used in class are part of the materials pack. See the upcoming investing classes for dates.

Tickets are set by the expert, typically 29 to 149 USD per class. All Access includes every class marked "Included in All Access" and the included replays for 49 USD per month, or 24 USD per month billed yearly. Read how the live format works before your first class. It covers the Q&A queue, the replay, the materials pack and how the certificate of attendance is issued once you watch at least half of a class.

Questions about live Investing classes

Are investing classes online worth it?

They are worth it when they teach a method you can apply yourself, such as reading statements or building a portfolio. A live class lets you ask about the steps you do not follow.

Do investing classes give financial advice?

No. Classes are educational. Hosts explain methods and examples, and nothing in a class is personal advice or a recommendation to buy or sell.

Do I need a brokerage account to join?

No. You only need a browser to watch. Some classes show examples in a brokerage interface, but you do not need an account to follow along.

What level are the investing classes?

Each class page shows its level and agenda. Fundamentals classes assume no background, while method classes may assume you know basic terms.

Can I watch the investing class later?

Yes. Every ticket includes the replay forever and the materials pack. The certificate needs at least half of the class watched, live or replay.
