A live fitness class gives you a set time to train and a coach who explains the why behind each movement. Many sessions mix training with teaching: the coach demonstrates a lift, shows common mistakes and answers questions about form, programming or recovery on air. It is closer to a workshop with a coach than a follow along video, and you leave with a plan you can repeat on your own.
Classes cover strength training, mobility, running, home workouts with little equipment, training plans and nutrition basics for training. Each class page lists the level and the equipment needed. Training plans and exercise sheets from the session go into the materials pack. Fitness classes are general education, so check with a doctor before starting a new program. See the live fitness schedule for this week.
Tickets are set by the coach, usually 29 to 149 USD per class. If you train with us regularly, All Access includes every class marked "Included in All Access" and the included replays. Coaches who want to run paid sessions can read hosting paid live sessions. Coaches set their own ticket price, keep 75 percent of every ticket and can run multi session cohorts on the Pro plan, which suits programs that build over several weeks.

Questions about live Fitness classes
Are live fitness classes online effective?
They can be, especially for consistency and technique. A set time helps you show up, and asking the coach about form helps you train safely.
What equipment do I need?
Each class page lists the equipment. Many sessions need only a mat and bodyweight, while strength classes may need dumbbells or a gym.
Can the coach see me during class?
No. You watch the broadcast and ask questions in the Q&A queue. The coach answers the top questions on air.
Can I do the fitness class later?
Yes. Every ticket includes the replay forever, so you can train with it at any time and keep the plan from the materials pack.
Is this medical or physical therapy advice?
No. Fitness classes are general education. Check with a doctor before starting a new training program, especially after an injury.
