How it works for experts

Production is full of small choices that tutorials skip: why that compressor setting, why cut that frequency, why move the chorus earlier. In a live music production class you watch a producer work in their own setup and explain each move. You can ask about your own track in the Q&A queue, and the host answers on air, sometimes by trying the idea in the session.

Classes cover beat making, arrangement, mixing, mastering basics, sound design and workflow in common production software. Each class page lists the level and the software, so you know whether to open your own project and follow along. Project files, presets and stems shared in class go into the materials pack. See music production replays to get a feel for the format.

Tickets are set by the producer teaching, typically 29 to 149 USD. All Access covers every class marked "Included in All Access" for 49 USD per month or 24 USD per month billed yearly. Producers with a following can sell live production classes with their own branded event page. They keep 75 percent of every ticket, and on Pro they can sell the replay after the session and run tracked affiliate links with other artists.

Questions about live Music classes

Can you learn music production online?

Yes. Production is mostly done on a computer, so watching a producer work and trying the steps in your own setup is a practical way to learn. Live classes add the chance to ask about your track.

What software do I need for music production classes?

Each class page lists the software used. You can watch without it, but to follow along you need the same or a similar production app.

Do I get the project files?

When the producer shares them, yes. Project files, presets or stems go into the materials pack that comes with every ticket.

How does sound quality work in a live class?

Classes stream in high quality audio from the producer's setup. Use headphones or monitors for the best result, and the replay is available if your connection drops.

Is there a certificate for music classes?

Yes. You get a certificate of attendance after watching at least half of the class, live or replay.
