Questions, answered
What is a live online class on Masterclass.tv?
It is a class taught in real time by a practitioner. You watch the broadcast, send questions to an upvoted queue that the expert answers on air, and afterwards you keep the replay, the materials and a certificate of attendance.
I cannot make it live. Do I lose the class?
No. Every ticket includes the replay, kept in your account for good. Questions answered on air stay visible on the replay page.
Will the expert actually answer my question?
Questions go into a queue that other viewers upvote. The host pins the top questions and answers them on air. Classes reserve time for Q&A in the agenda.
What does All Access include?
A seat in every class marked Included in All Access, all included replays, questions on air, materials and certificates, plus 20 percent off premium tickets such as cohorts and 1 on 1 sessions. It costs 49 USD a month or 24 USD a month billed yearly.
Can I cancel All Access?
Yes, any time from your billing page. Access runs to the end of the period you paid for. Payments already taken are final.
Do I get a certificate?
Yes. Watch at least half of the class, live or on replay, and claim a certificate in your name with a public verification link.
What time is the class for me?
Every time on the site is shown in your own time zone, and you get reminder emails 24 hours and 15 minutes before the start.
